Units are booked on availability. Confirmation is sent upon receipt of a required security deposit of $300.00 or 20% of total rent on monthly or longer periods.

This deposit is refunded no later than 4-6 weeks after departure, pending inspection of property and any possible phone charges.

12% state and local sales tax added to rental plus $110 dollar cleaning fee (all rates, fees, or sales tax is subject to change). Children are welcome, however NO PETS PLEASE! Pets in units will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Directions:

Transportation to and from the mainland is available by CAR FERRY or your own private boat. Be sure to inquire as to cost of ferry transportation.

Driving Directions

SOUTH FROM TAMPA AND SARASOTA
Follow the signs for Interstate 75 South to Exit 191 (old 34) (This is River Road)
to Englewood, North Port. Turn Right.
After crossing US41 continue about 7 miles to the second traffic light at Pine St.
Turn left on Pine Street and continue for 7 more miles to Panama Blvd. (Pine Street changes names to Placida Road/County Road CR-775 when it crosses Highway 776.) Keep going straight for the remainder of the seven miles to Panama Blvd.
Panama Blvd. is just before Johnny Leverock's Seafood House.
Turn right onto Panama Blvd.
Drive to the end of the road to board the car ferry to Palm Island.

NORTH FROM FORT MYERS
Follow the signs to Interstate 75 North to Exit 170 (old 31)
to King's Hwy.
Turn left onto King's Highway to first traffic light.
Turn right onto Veteran's Blvd and continue across US41 onto SR776.
Go across the El Jobean Bridge to the second traffic light.
Turn left onto CR771 and continue past Johnny Leverock's Seafood House to the next street on the left, Panama Blvd.
Turn left onto Panama Blvd.
Drive to the end of the road to board the car ferry to Palm Island.
